Standardized assessment tools are an extra cost and optional. I use other free assessments that are reliable and valid. Sessions are via zoom or phone until further notice. There’s no tax on these prices.

1:1 WORKSHOP

A different career development topic each month. These workshops are one on one and are two hours in length. Each workshop will provide the participant with practical tools to use after the workshop that are related to the topic

FIVE CAREER EXPLORATION SESSIONS PACKAGE

Five sessions which can be booked over a three month period. These sessions could include, but are not limited to:

Career exploration, identifying what work will be meaningful for you, a closer look at your values, interests, strengths, personality and skills and how they align with your future career

Using effective informal (no cost) or formal (small cost) assessment tools to give further insight into what work will be fulfilling for you

Effective decision-making, goal setting, and networking tools to help bring you clarity

Assistance and advising with job preparation and job search tools to ensure their success (eg. resume, cover letter, interview preparation, mock interviews, LinkedIn profile, job search skills)

Ideal for: a client who has been out of the workforce, has been with an employer long-term and not job searched for a few years, and/or is switching industries or careers

$625.00 CAD for five 75 minute one on one sessions

THREE CAREER EXPLORATION SESSIONS PACKAGE

Three sessions which can be booked over a three month period. These sessions could include, but are not limited to:

Career exploration, identifying what work will be meaningful for you, a closer look at your values, interests, strengths, personality and skills and how they align with your future career

Using effective informal (no cost) or formal (small cost) assessment tools to give further insight into what work will be fulfilling for you

Effective decision-making, goal setting, and networking tools to help bring you clarity

Ideal for: a client as been in the workforce and is considering a career change, but is unsure what to pursue or is deciding between a few options. Is well-versed in job search and preparation (eg. how to write a resume, interview skills etc)

$400.00 CAD for three 75 minutes one on one sessions

ONE CAREER/JOB SEARCH SESSION

One session, or individual sessions booked on an as needed basis focusing on job preparation. The session could include, but is not limited to: Resume and/or cover letter review, job search advising, LinkedIn review and advising, interview preparation and mock interviews

Ideal for: a client who knows what work they would like to pursue and would like assistance with their job preparation to make them more prepared, confident and successful in their job search.

$150.00 CAD per one on one session (75 minutes)

• Please note, I don’t write resumes/cover letters for clients but rather advise, edit, give feedback and empower you with the tools and knowledge to do it yourself. This helps clients be more confident in interviews as they wrote their own resume and also makes them more self-sufficient for the future.

MONTHLY MENTORSHIP

The monthly mentorship is ideal for those who need to stay motivated, or get unstuck when it come to their job search. Tailored to meet each client’s needs, I can provide feedback on job search tools, help you prepare for interviews and ease your interview jitters, and provide healthy accountability to help you stay motivated and on track with your job search. I will be your “New Job Cheerleader” and help you break down self-limiting or defeating thoughts and patterns to help you land your dream job.

$300 for five 30 minute sessions (phone or zoom) a month. Renew if needed on a monthly basis.
